How to request a unban.

If you have been temporary banned, permanentely banned or IP banned you can protest your ban here.
This shows that you care about the server and you are likely to be given a second (and last) chance.
(Old ban requests cleaned up, thread locked)

" up in the left corner above this post and fill in the necessary information. If you cannot answer all questions, leave them empty.
Remember to put your username in the Topic Title.
